RAIN clouds should subside in areas across north Worcestershire and the Black Country over the course of this evening, leaving a dry but chilly night.

It will be a clear evening, with a few patches of mist and fog developing in the west.

In the east, thin clouds will remain but it should stay dry. Temperatures are set to stay above 5°C.

Looking ahead to tomorrow, it will be a dry start to Friday with some more bright and sunny spells in the morning.

Cloud will start to thicken, however, bringing with it showers that may become heavy and thundery in places in the afternoon.

It will be a mild day, with temperatures reaching 15°C.
