THERE is still time for those with a taste for heat to sign up for a charity firewalk in Redditch this month.

On July 30 The Oast House pub in Redditch will host the walk over burning embers where temperatures will reach 1200 degrees Fahrenheit – all in the name of charity.

Money raised will go to The Charlotte and Craig Saving Hearts Foundation which was set up by Rob and Maggie Underwood in 2011 to help them continue to provide the local community with life saving defibrillators.

People wanting to do the walk can also join the event and support a different charity of their choice for an entrance fee of £40.

This will cover the training session and the walk itself.

All participants will have a training class at 2pm prompt before the walk across hot coals at 3pm.

Anyone interested in entering can email info@ccshf.org.uk or call Rob on 07794 637073 for sponsorship forms and to book a place.

There will also be a fun day with bouncy castle, tombola and raffle.
