AS cycle fever hits Redditch with the Pearl Izumi Tour Series on Thursday, May 26 Diamond Buses will once again be supporting the event by offering free travel home for race supporters.

The special services will operate free of charge from Redditch Bus Station after the race event closes and until 22.15pm. 

Members of the Diamond Bus team will be joining in the celebrations during the day with a stand in the event village at Church Green. 

Paul McNamara, business development manager at Diamond Bus said: "The Tour Series Cycle Race has become an important part of the Redditch events calendar and Diamond are proud to support the event by offering local supporters free travel home."

Extra services depart from Redditch Bus Station and are drop-off services only. 

Diamond Bus services will be diverted around Redditch Town Centre for the full duration of the race day and passengers are advised to catch services at the Bus Station on the day. 

Selected free late night services are:

51 - to Batchley
20:40, 21:10, 21:40, 22:10
55 and 48 - Operates as 55 service to Oakenshaw, then continues as 48 service to Crabbs Cross, Headless Cross and Webheath
21:00, 21:30, 22:00
57 to Matchborough and Winyates
21:30, 22:00
58 to Winyates and Matchborough
21:45, 22:15
