DETECTIVES arrested a man in suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following an incident in Kidderminster at the weekend.
A 42-year-old from Stourport was being quizzed by police in connection with the death of Jason Westcott. He has been bailed until January next year while investigations continue.
Mr Westcott, aged 22 from Kidderminster was discovered unconscious in the road on the A451 Ringway between the bus depot Island and Comberton Hill Island at just after 5am.
Jason, who was originally from Weston-Super-Mare, was taken to hospital with head and abdominal injuries and later died.
Police are continuing to appeal for information. Anyone with information that could help police with their investigation should call 101 and quote incident 147s of 15th November 2015.
