The Redditch Advertiser is now launching an exciting new initiative that will see one lucky reader receive £1,000 towards the cost of their estate agents fees. With the housing market at last coming to life again, it's an offer that simply can't be refused.

To be in with a a chance of winning the money, you need to place your house on the market with any estate agent that advertises in the Redditch Advertiser until 31st March 2016. The agent will provide an entry form which the property owner completes.

All entries will then go forward to a Grand Draw on Wednesday 6th April, when one lucky winner will be chosen and have £1000 paid towards the cost of the estate agent's fee for selling their property. The money will be paid direct to the estate agents on completion of the sale.

To qualify for a chance to win £1000 towards your estate agents fees you will have your house registered for sale with an appropriate estate agent between now and 31st March.
