BUDDING aces in Redditch can play unlimited tennis all August for just £10, as the borough council marks the end of the Great British Tennis Weekend.
Tennis courts are usually charged per person per hour but in August £10 will pay for unlimited access to a court for the whole month, subject to court availability.
That’s a one-off payment of £10 per court, for unlimited play, for the whole month – not per person.
The offer is available on Redditch Borough Council’s six tarmac courts, which are at Kingsley Sports Centre in Woodrow.
Sports development officer Hayley Gwilliam said: “With the Great British Tennis Weekend the Lawn Tennis Association aimed to inspire all ages and abilities to take part in their sport this summer. We’re pleased to follow that now with this exceptional promotion throughout August.”
