There is heavy traffic on the A4123, New Birmingham Road in Tividale at the Hill Road junction because of a traffic light failure.
Traffic is also busy at the A461 Stourbridge Road in Dudley, between St Augustine of Hippo church and Scotts Green Island, but is moving.
Motorists are also being warned to watch out for traffic on the A449 Chester Road North in Kidderminster, although traffic is moving between Land Oak traffic lights and Rose Theatre mini roundabout.
