A PET show is being held at Great Alne and Kinwarton Memorial Hall Village Hall on Saturday, May 30.
Hamsters, rabbits, mice, gerbils, rats and other small rodents are eligible to take part in the contest which will look at their condition and tameness.
The event is being organised by The Midland Hamster Club.
Animals should be brought in their cadges or a suitable container.
Entries costing £1 per animal will be taken on the day.
The hall is open to the public at 10am. The main hamster show judging starts at 10.30am and the pet judging begins at 2pm.
