Broken down vehicle on M5
A BROKEN down vehicle is causing issues on the M5.
One lane is closed on the M5 northbound between J4 for Bromsgrove (A38) and J3 for Halesowen (A456), because of a broken down vehicle.
Traffic is moving slowly past the scene.
