A THIEF stole cash from an epileptic woman as she suffered a seizure on the floor of Stourbridge's Ryemarket Shopping Centre.

The 48-year-old woman was shopping on the afternoon of Tuesday April 7, when she collapsed and began fitting violently.

Passers-by rushed to comfort the women and give first aid − but Dudley police believe one woman took advantage of the fallen shopper’s plight by reaching into her handbag and swiping £60 in cash.

A SERIOUS road smash left a van on its side and prompted the closure of a section of Stourbridge ring road on Saturday evening.

Police sealed off the busy road between Greenfield Avenue and Enville Street while emergency crews flooded the scene outside the Tesco Extra store.

SANDWELL police need the public's help to find a missing teenager.

Shara Chohan was last seen leaving her West Bromwich house on Friday (April 17) afternoon at around 4.30pm. She hasn’t returned and has not been seen since.

The 14-year-old has not been missing before and officers want to locate her as quickly as possible.
