A COMEDY night and live music event in Studley has raised more than £500 for Parkinson's UK.
The evening of entertainment, at Studley Sports and Social Club (Entaco), on Eldorado Close, featured performances from Music Like Lemons, Steamin' & a Rollin', and Jason Coleman, to name a few.
The cash raised will go toward the charity, which has been working to find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's for the last 40 years.
Organiser Natalie Warren, whose great uncle and father-in-law are sufferers of the disease, said: "I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved. I am overwhelmed and so proud to announce that we raised an amazing £582.60 on the night which will all go to the charity."
As well as the band and comedy night, Mrs Warren will bravely be taking part in a wing walk on April 19 to raise more funds.
