THE CHATEAU Impney Hotel just outside Droitwich is playing host to the charity dance spectacular Strictly Worcestershire, which is returning for the second year running in 2015.

The dance competition, which promises to be bigger, better and bolder than this year’s event, will feature eight couples from the county, competing to raise money for the Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign and Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer.

Due to an increase in demand for the event, the competition has been moved into a larger 750 seat venue and 350 seats have already been reserved, with hopes of raising thousands of pounds for the charities.

Midlands broadcasting stalwart Bob Warman, former trade minister Lord Digby Jones, and dancer and choreographer Katie Love are returning as judges in the contest, along with the owner of Live 24-Seven magazines Katie McPhilimey.

Teresa Green, editorial director of event media partners Chris Green Media, said: “Everyone involved in this year’s debut was bowled over by its success and we’re confident on building on that by creating a show that is even bigger, better and bolder.”
