A BIDFORD funeral directors hosted a training session for staff at a nearby nursing home to dispel some myths around the profession.
David Baker Funeral Directors, of Bidford, held the event for staff at Salford House Nursing Home, Salford Priors.
The main objective was to assist staff towards qualifying for their NVQ certificates whilst also clearing up some of the myths and mysteries surrounding the funeral profession.
Gabby Sanchez from the funeral home said: "We are always happy to organise our free seminars as it has been proven to help care staff. It is also an integral part of our service to the local community."
Diana Bacon from the nursing home added: "We encourage our staff to attend a wide range of training in order to offer our residents the most professional care and we were delighted that Gabby was able to present his talk."
