A GREAT day was had by villagers at Studley Fun Day, which took place at the Entaco Sports and Social club on July 5.

A whole range of information was available, including from a local scuba diving club, there were prayer tents, lazer shooting through to circus skills.

A Brownie game stall from 2nd Studley (St. Mary's) was manned by the youngsters and some members dressed in fancy dress for the occasion.

Brownie Guider Caroline Ford said 'We encourage members to support and engage in community projects, and this event was real fun for everyone."

The youngsters have recently celebrated 100 of the Brownie movement with a glam camp Star Quest Sleepover in tepees held a Talton Lodge in Newbold on Stour. Brownies made their own pasta for tea, made alien friends, solar system place mats, and Saturn ring pillow cases.
