A RANGE of holistic therapies are being demonstrated at a charity "health and wellbeing" evening to raise money for the Abbots Morton Bell Tower Appeal.

Inner or outer beauty is the goal, and anyone can go along in search of it at Abbots Morton Village Hall on Wednesday, July 9.

Organiser Sarah Dykes, who is a member of the Abbots Morton Bell Tower Appeal Committee, said: "This is a wonderful opportunity to sample a range of treatments and therapies designed to relax the mind and body.

"It's free to come in and browse and chat to the exhibitors and perhaps find something that's just what you're looking for, in calm surroundings with refreshments available.

"Included will be colour readings and chakra balancing, skincare and massage demonstrations, and angel card readings. Everyone is welcome."

The idea for the evening came from Danuta Marvill-Poludniak, an independent health and wellness consultant from Abberton, whose been practising holistic therapies for 20 years.

Zoe Hindmarch from Redditch, who is an independent distributor for health and wellbeing products, has also been keen to help the Abbots Morton Bell Tower Appeal.

A total of £40,000 is needed for masonry repairs to the 14th century bell tower of the ancient, Grade 1 listed St Peter's Church in Abbots Morton, near Inkberrow. So far  £33,000 has been raised.
