VISITORS from Vallet in France paid a visit to Alcester recently through the Alcester-Vallet Twinning Association.
The visitors arrived in town on Thursday, May 29, and were hosted by Alcester members of the association until Sunday, June 1.
The group of 26 Vallet members and their hosts travelled to Dudley to pay a visit to the Black CountryLiving Museum, before lunching at the iconic Crooked House pub, famed for its strange angles and optical illusions.
Over the weekend, the visitors also travelled to see sights in Wales, Worcester, and the Asparagus Festival, before members Eric and Allison Williams hosted a garden party at their home.
The next visit to Vallet in the Loire Valley is planned for August 2015.
