NORTH East Worcestershire (NEW) College will be showcasing arts and media students' work in a jam-packed week of programmed events until Saturday, June 14.

Arts Week provides the opportunity for students to perform and exhibit the work they have created during their time of study at NEW College.

All events are open to the public to attend and support the young local talent at the specialist arts and technology campus is Bromsgrove.

The programme of shows and performances will be held in both the Artrix Theatre and the Bromsgrove Campus.

Performing arts students will kick off the week by showcasing a variety of dance styles from Bollywood to Jazz in DNC14.

Media students will be celebrating success and outstanding achievements on Tuesday evening with Popcorn Awards.

Art and design students from a variety of levels of study will be launching their exhibition of work on Wednesday with a private view event.

Production arts and fashion students will be showcasing their designs on the catwalk on Wednesday. The show also includes graduate pieces that were shown at Clothes Show Live in December.

Music students will be holding the annual ‘MISO Awards’ on Thursday evening, showcasing student bands, musicians and singers alongside recognising student successes and outstanding performers.
