GARDENS around Alcester will be open to the public in aid of Cancer Research UK.
The Alcester Garden Walkabout, which is now in its 24th year, has already raised more than £40,000 over the years, whilst at the same time, offering people the chance to sneak a peek into 20 of Alcester’s most beautiful back gardens.
The walkabout is running from noon to 5pm on Sunday, June 1, and tickets cost £5 from Church Street in Alcester.
There will also be an array of plants for sale, as well as teas, refreshments and ice-creams.
