CHILDREN are being invited to get out in the fresh air this half term and take part in the National Trust’s ‘50 Things to do before you’re 11 3/4‘ campaign at Coughton Court.

Families can hunt for a geo-cache in the grounds, discover what creatures are lurking in the pond, or play pooh sticks on the bridge over the river.

Abi Cole, marketing and events officer, said: “The 50 things campaign is a perfect opportunity to get kids out in the fresh air where they can go on mini adventures, become explorers and make memories with their families which will last a lifetime.”

There will also be a number of self-led outdoor activities for children where they can go on bug hunts in the gardens, learn how to measure giant trees or play eye spy.
