VISITORS are invited to come along to Coughton Court for a May Day weekend filled with fun and frolics for all the family .

Coughton Court is hosting a three-day event from Saturday, May 3 to Monday, May 5 where the prestigious Coughton Court annual duck race will be returning alongside an array of exciting activities for families to enjoy.

Front of house manager Nick Taylor said: "The team at Coughton always look forward to the duck race as there’s such an air of excitement as the ducks are cast off down the River Arrow and everyone follows them to catch a glimpse of the winning duck crossing the line.

"The event worked really well last year as part of the May Day weekend as we were able to have three times the fun and run the race on every day."

New for this season, Coughton Court has developed its family offer with a whole host of traditional outdoor toys for families to enjoy in the fresh air, including quoits, a giant wooden tumble tower and croquet.

Coughton’s pick your own tulip patch is also still in bloom and visitors can enjoy a gentle woodland walk surrounded by a carpet of shimmering bluebells.
