STUDLEY Local History Group is once again holding its annual open day which will include a display praising the sacrifices made by Studley in the Great War - by casualties and survivors.

People are invited to bring along anything they may have relating to the First World War in Studley as this may be added to the archive.

There will be documents, Postcards, Publications, Ephemera, etc., from the past. Bring your old photographs to be copied and added to the Studley Archive! Copies of the display photographs can be purchased on the day. There will also be a small exhibition of Studley paintings by artist Roger Thomas, a former Studley resident. along with some quality books for sale.

The event takes place in the Parish Centre, The Foredraught, Alcester Road (opposite Tesco Express) on Saturday, April 26 from noon until 4pm and admission is free. All issues of the Studley Historian will be on sale at £1 each.
