CHOICES Health Club in Redditch town centre is hosting a free fitness festival on Saturday, April 26 and is inviting the whole town down to the club to try it out.

The aim of the day is to show Redditch people all the different options they have when looking to keep fit, and how important keeping fit is. While some people love working hard in the gym, most people don't and the festival is to show the variation of classes and group exercise programmes on offer that are both fun, and give people the chance to achieve the results they are looking for.

There will be nine different classes running throughout the day, that are all free to attend, and refreshments served to those who work up a sweat.

Owen Hill, a personal trainer at Choices Redditch, said: “I have a real passion for keeping fit, and a passion for helping others to keep fit too. I can’t wait to see all the new faces in the club on the day of the festival and help them to be the best they can be.”
