RESIDENTS in Alcester who want the most up-to-date information on Warwickshire County Council’s Adult and Community Learning Service can do so by checking out its new Facebook page.
The page has been created in a bid to increase contact with current, past and potential adult learners in Warwickshire and its visitors will be able to access the latest details about workshops and courses across the county.
It will also have case studies from different learners who have all improved their lives through their involvement with Warwickshire adult and community learning.
Councillor Jose Compton, Warwickshire County Council’s portfolio holder for adult social care, said: “We want the local communities we serve to be able to engage with us in a more interactive and accessible way. It is important that we use as many ways as possible to engage people with adult and community learning."
