FOUR people were injured when they were assaulted in Redditch.

It happened in Unicorn Hill at about 2am on Sunday, March 16.

The victims had been in Fever nightclub when there was an altercation with another group of men.

The victims left the club but then met the same group of men who began kicking and punching them.

A 22-year-old man sustained a cut to his eye which bled profusely and affected his vision. He was treated at BirminghamEye Hospital, where the wound required butterfly stitches.

A 25-year-old man sustained cuts and bruises and a lump to his head and was kept in overnight at the Alexandra Hospital for observation, while two other men aged 22 and 23 were also taken to the hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

Three men in their 20s were arrested on suspicion of assault, and are currently on police bail pending further inquiries.
