PEOPLE are being encouraged to tune in to the next meeting of Worcestershire County Council's Health and Well-being Board as they stream it live from County Hall Worcester, on Tuesday, March 11, from 2pm.

Councillors will be discussing care in Redditch and Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest, and south Worcestershire, as well as operational plans and the current draft Urgent Care Strategy - a strategy that covers all age groups that need urgent care - before it is formally adopted by organisations.

Progress will also be noted on the Future Lives: Pathways to independence programme, which is aimed at investing in recovery and prevention to support people living on their own longer, and of its various projects.

Members of the public can take part but must notify the director of resources in writing indicating the nature and content of their proposed participation no later than 9am on Monday, March 10.

The webcast of the meeting can be watched by visiting worcestershire.gov.uk/webcasts, and people are able to comment as events unfold on Twitter by using @worcscc and #wccwebcasts.
