LET the games begin as fundraising for Sport Relief 2014 takes off at Sainsbury’s Redditch.
Workers at the store have organised a 24 hour static bike ride over two days later this month to raise funds for Sport Relief which aims to bring the entire nation together to get active, have fun and raise vital cash for Comic Relief.
The money goes toward providing shelter to young people on the streets and support to victims of abuse.
The bike ride is part of the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games, which take place from March 21 to 23, which includes a number of activities and challenges including a Sport Relief flash mob on Friday, March 21.
The store is also stocking Sport Relief 2014 merchandise, including the official t-shirt which is on sale now priced £10.
