THE first properties have gone on sale for the new Taylor Wimpey development in Bidford.

The over £400,000 development, which is due to be built on the Friday Furlong site in the village, is being named Avon Meadows, and will feature 108 two, three and four-bedroom homes.

£416,819 has been invested in the development off Waterloo Road, by Taylor Wimpey, which includes a provision of £323,151 toward local education, £72,500 toward public transport, and £21,168 toward library facilities.

Properties currently for sale on the development cost between £289,995 - £399,995.
