A LEARN to meditate course is starting in Redditch in January
This six week course will include guidance on correct posture, advice on establishing a regular and beneficial meditation practice, and an exploration of ancient Buddhist wisdom in a way that is relevant to modern everyday life.
Paul Rose, from Worcester Buddhist Centre, said: "If you are looking for a deeper meaning to life, want to explore ways of engaging with the world more wholeheartedly, or simply need some tools to help you deal with the ups and downs of life, this course will have something to offer you."
The course takes place on Thursday evenings from January 9 and runs from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.
The venue is Church Hill Community Centre, Loxely Close, Redditch.
The course has a suggested donation of £5 a week, but people can pay as little or as much as they want, depending on their circumstances.
