YOUNGSTERS from 1st Winyates beavers and cubs recently found out what it is like being a firefighter.
The group recently visited Redditch Fire Station and had a talk from crews which included a tour of a fire engine and and look at, and demonstration, of the tools often used by firefighters.
A spokesman from the group, which is looking to recruit volunteers, said: "The beavers and cubs really enjoyed their trip to the fire station and this will help towards them gaining their Friendship Challenge Badge."
