A REDDITCH businesswoman is celebrating an awards hat trick.
Stephanie Middleton-Foster was recently announced as a finalist at the first ever National Entrepreneur Awards at the ICC in Birmingham.
And despite not winning the 28-year-old, who runs the Redditch based business support company Outhouse-UK, says it is still an enormous honour.
It comes months after she picked up an international award for her industry as an up and coming virtual assistant and 10 months since being crowned Young Achiever of the Year 2012.
Ms Middleton-Foster said: “To be a finalist in this award, and recognised for the impact that we have on helping our clients to grow and succeed in business is an enormous honour.
"But this is not just about me, it's about the business, and it's a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the excellent team who work with me.
“It is a genuine privilege to be allowed to step inside other people’s businesses, and take an active part in helping them to achieve the success they aspire to, so it’s a wonderful thing to be recognised for the impact that we have.”
Outhouse-UK believes passionately in the virtues of businesses having virtual assistants.
The aim is that they help the business concentrate on growth, rather than being weighed down by administration.
Ms Middleton-Foster added: “I honestly believe I’m a key player in supporting small to medium business growth, in turn encouraging job creation and therefore supporting development of a healthy and vibrant UK economy.
“Give me two years and everyone will want a virtual assistant.”
