REDDITCH residents will be experiencing true red carpet style this month, as ITV2 ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ star, Lydia Bright, sets up shop with her sister Georgia in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
The sisters, who own vintage inspired clothing store, Bella Sorella will be commandeering the unit next to River Island in Kingfisher Shopping Centre from August 28-31, giving fans and fashionistas the opportunity to meet the star and shop in the pop-up store which originated on the Essex high streets.
Bella Sorella, which was named amongst the 100 Best Independent Retailers in the Drapers Awards, will be showcasing the latest in vintage inspired clothing, prom and red carpet dresses, chintzy homeware and
Lydia’s very own fashion brand ‘Lydia Rose Bright’. This will be the first time that Lydia’s dresses will be stocked in the West Midlands. Other brands to be stocked include Fount, Sweet Liberty and Numph.
The store opens on Wednesday, August 28 at noon. As well as the opportunity to meet Lydia and Georgia, shoppers will also get the chance to win dinner with the pair, where they can ask them their own questions during a private dining experience. More information about the competition can be found on the centre’s website.
Lydia said: “Both Georgia and myself are delighted about coming to Redditch. We’ve visited a number of times and feel it is the perfect location for our Bella Sorella pop-up store. The vintage inspired trend has grown from strength to strength over recent years and having walked around Redditch we can see shoppers are on the ball with this.
“Our visit to Kingfisher will also be a first for my own clothing brand which has not been stocked in the West Midlands yet. I can’t wait to premiere my designs at the centre.”
Bella Sorella will based in front of New Look. For more details, see www.kingfishershopping.co.uk.
