RESIDENTS are being invited to a May Fayre event on Headless Cross Green.
Along with maypole dancing, there will be stalls selling jewellery, vintage furniture and handmade cards, refreshments, local artists and live music.
There will even be a human fruit machine.
Organiser Alistair Waugh said: “If anyone has any plants or homemade produce to swap then please consider bringing this for the Harvest Share Stall.
“Also, anyone willing to offer some time to volunteer, either on the day or any other time for our project, then that would be most appreciated.”
The event, raising funds for the Headless Cross Community Orchard, is on Bank Holiday Monday, May 6 running from 11am until 3pm.
