Redditch waste collection update

WASTE collection crews in Redditch are operating as normal today, but they are expecting some difficulty in accessing certain roads due to the snow.
A council spokesman said: "Refuse vehicles can weigh up to 26 tonnes and are much bigger than most household delivery vehicles, it is essential that we do not drive on roads when drivers make a judgement that it is not safe to do so."
Residents due to have their bins collected today should leave them out in a safe place as usual.
