Enjoy some fitness fun and show support for the British Heart Foundation

A REDDITCH gym is encouraging residents to see red, and have some fitness fun, for a fantastic cause.
Fit4less, in Battens Drive, is holding a series of events to raise as much cash as possible for the British Heart Foundation.
And the operations manager Dan Cuniaper has already got the ball rolling by being sponsored to take part in all the 25 different exercise classes the centre offers, from now until February 11.
This Friday, the public and gym members are being invited to do their bit during a charity body combat class. People are urged to wear red, in honour of the British Heart Foundation and forthcoming Valentine’s Day, donate £3, and enjoy this energetic class.
The gym will also be holding an open weekend this Saturday and Sunday, February 9 and 10, when people will be able to try out a class, dressed in red, and make a donation to the British Heart Foundation.
Mr Cuniaper said: “Several people involved with the gym are also involved with the British Heart Foundation so we know just what great work it does.”
There are also sponsored spinning classes taking place on February 12 and 14, but they have already been filled.
To book a place for the body combat class, to make a donation, or for further details, call Fit4less on 01527 520414.
