FREDDIE Starr, who was arrested late last year as part of the ongoing Jimmy Savile inquiry, has married for the fifth time.
The Studley-based comedian, 70, married Sophie Lea, 34, who is pregnant with his fifth child on Saturday.
A picture of the pair was posted on Twitter by Miss Lea’s cousin, along with a message of congratulations.
Mr Starr was arrested in November last year by detectives from the Savile abuse investigation team on suspicion of sexual offences with a 14-year-old in Savile's BBC dressing room 40 years ago.
Karin Ward claimed Mr Starr had groped her when she had appeared on a television show with him and Savile.
He has denied the claims and at the time said that the investigation, part of the Operation Yewtree, was making him feel suicidal.
Mr Starr was rebailed by police in December to return on dates in February and March pending further inquiries.
It comes after hundreds of abuse allegations have been made against Savile.
