Ice still causing a problem for Redditch waste collection crews

REDDITCH Council's waste collection crews are going out today but snow and frozen ice is still causing problems, particularly in side roads.
Where vehicles can get through, snow and ice underfoot is making it difficult for crews.
The council has been using extra crews to help catch up missed collections so residents should leave bins out in a safe place if the council hasn't got to them yet.
