TRYING to shift those extra pounds acquired over the festive period? Made a resolution to get out there and get fit?
Dance Instructor John James, from New Salsa-Salsa, is offering one lucky person the chance to win a free six week salsa dance course via a competition.
The course will be held at the Foxlydiate Arms on Birchfield Road and according to Mr James, who has taught in the UK, Mexico and Cuba, it is a great way to start working on that must-have beach body.
Classes start on January 21.
Anyone who is interested must answer the following question: Name the three colours on the Cuban National Flag?
