Man punched twice in Redditch nightclub

A MAN received cuts and bruises after being punched at a Redditch nightclub.
It happened at Bar Fever, in Market Place, between 10.15pm and 10.30pm on Saturday, December 15.
The victim, a 21-year-old man, was walking with friends towards the door to the smoking area when a man he did not know approached him from behind and punched him to the head, causing him to fall to the floor. While he was on the floor the man punched him a further time.
The victim sustained a swollen and bruised left eye, a cut above his right ear, and bleeding nose, for which he was treated at the Alexandra Hospital.
The offender is described as white, aged 18 to 20, of stocky build, with short black hair, and wearing a shirt and jeans.
