A TOWN centre care home had an extra special Christmas lights switch-on this year, when Redditch mayor Councillor Alan Mason came out to do the honours.
Home manager Lauren Freeman and resident Ann Brittle joined in the ceremony at Bowood Mews Care Home as Coun Mason switched on their decorative display to mark the start of the festive season.
