PEOPLE are invited to get into the festive mood early at three community carol concerts in Redditch next week which have been organised in conjunction with local PACTs (Partners And Communities Together).
The concerts all start at 6pm and will be held in the shopping centre at Church Hill tonight, Wednesday, December 5; Winyates shopping centre tomorrow, Thursday, December 6; and at Christ Church, opposite the Matchborough Centre, on Friday, December 7.
Choirs from local schools will be performing and PACT panels will also be attending.
The events have been organised by councillor for the Matchborough ward, Juliet Brunner, along with police officers from the respective Safer Neighbourhood Teams.
Councillor Brunner said: "Everyone is welcome and the concerts were hugely popular last year when a total of around 600 people turned up. It's a perfect opportunity for people to put any troubles aside and come together to have some fun and show some community spirit."
