CONCERNS are growing for a Redditch man who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Father-of-one, Michael Lubak, was last seen on Tuesday, November 13.

The 28-year-old left his home in High Trees Close at about 11.45am to go to work in Redditch, but he did not turn up.

West Mercia’s Inspector Ian Joseph said: "Mr Lubak has not been reported missing before and this is very out of character for him.

"His family and friends are extremely worried about him especially as he has a young son who he normally visits quite regularly.

"Officers have been busy speaking with family and friends to try and find out where Mr Lubak might be.

"Missing persons posters have been sent out and we are also looking into the possibility that he had contacts in the Birmingham area.”

He is white, 6ft 4ins tall, slight build, has blond shaved hair and speaks with an Eastern European accent.

He also has two tattoos - a cross on his right forearm and a name on his left forearm.

He was wearing a high visibility jacket over his work clothes and a silver neck chain.

Inspector Joseph added: "We are urging him to get in touch as soon as possible to let us know he is safe and well."

Anyone who thinks they have seen to Mr Lubak can call 101, quoting the incident reference 289-S-151112.
