FRUSTRATED Studley boss Lee Knight admits things have “got to change” as he looks to revamp his squad after Saturday’s 4-0 loss to high-flying Bolehall Swifts.

The Bees manager is hoping to draft in two or three new faces in a bid to get back on track after four games without a win.

They hope to have sealed a deal for Solihull Borough full-back Keenan Rosser, as well as bringing back JJ Cole and Danny Lennon.

Attacker Lennon is still registered to play for the Warwick-shire outfit after signing in the summer but has had spells at Rushall Olympic and Evesham United. Knight admitted Stud-ley are paying the price for mistakes at the back.

He said: “We can’t keep making these mistakes because they are costing us. On Saturday there were times when we played superbly but there were also times we played poorly and it’s hurting us.

“We will definitely be bringing in some players because we’ve given the players a chance and it hasn’t been working. I am a bit bored of saying we’ve played well and lost because of mistakes.

“I would take a scrappy game and a 1-0 win at the moment because we need to start winning.”

Studley’s struggle for form has been made worse by a mini-exodus in the last month with Joe Hull joining Halesowen, Trevor Edwards returning to Highgate and Mark Danks’ move to Redditch United, who has subsequently joined Evesham.

They will be aiming to bounce back and claim their first win in the Midland Football Alliance since October 6 at home to mid-table Heather St Johns.

Knight added: “We’ve got to be looking to beat teams around us like Heather.

“To be fair our home form has been good so we’ve got a good chance of getting all three points.”
