A NEW community-based business is launching on October 31 with a Halloween themed open day.

Inspire Community Training and Development, based in Winyates Craft Centre, will be offering family orientated activities including face painting, live music, spooky arts and crafts and a children’s entertainer.

Refreshments will also be available at the free event, sponsored by Redditch Council.

The business, run by Karen Martin and Amanda Seabourne, offers a variety of training and educational courses for adults.

Ms Martin said: “We understand the entire spectrum of problems adults can face when they are looking to return to education, improve their employment prospects, or to make positive changes in their lives.

“We will provide the vital encouragement and a broad spectrum of learning opportunities needed to enable people to feel more positive and able to work towards progressing to a better future.”

The open day runs from 10am - 2.30pm on October 31 at the Barn, Winyates Craft Centre.
