REDDITCH based Netsecrets has welcomed Steve Pedrick, their new sales account manager.
The company, which specialises in providing state of the art internet technology and support, secured Steve in a bid to drive customer service forward as part of its 2008 expansion and growth development.
He will now join the customer services team and will be responsible for account management, building relationships with clients and providing front line technical support.
Steve, 26, who has more than six years experience with IT technology, web sales and production, said: "I'm joining Netsecrets at an extremely busy and key time as the company expands across the internet services sector.
"I plan to be at the core of this expansion by introducing new business and clients - but most importantly ensuring all our clients, no matter what size, are 100 per cent happy and satisfied they are receiving one to one support through their on-going projects."
Tony Burt, director of Netsecrets, said: "It's important as we grow to introduce an additional dedicated and experienced sales account manager who can ensure our commitment to tight communication and ensure we deliver exceptional customer service to our longstanding clients and new clients.
"We're very pleased to welcome Steve and we are confident he will be able to drive our customer service forward and help us continue to grow."
