STUDLEY CC will be looking to pick up up their first win of the season when they face a home double header in Birmingham and District Division Three.

They are at home to Whitchurch on Saturday and Fordhouses on Monday (both 1pm).

Studley are third from bottom after three games with one winning draw, one losing draw and a defeat and captain Mark Lewis sees the two home games as an ideal opportunity to start moving up the table.

On Saturday they suffered a losing draw at Bablake Old Boys, who scored 269-6 before Studley replied with 129-4 to secure five points.

Studley's seconds played the reverse fioxture and also got a losing draw, Bablake Old Boys scoring 153 all out before Studley scored 123-8 They are top of the table with 51 points and play Aston Manor away on Saturday and Berkswell on Monday (both 1.30pm).
