AN acclaimed comedy about hapless robbers who discover that a life of crime is not all it is cracked up to be is being staged in Bromsgrove.

Reform Theatre Company’s revival of Thick as Thieves is being performed at the Artrix tomorrow night.

Starring Emmerdale’s Matthew Booth and Reform Theatre regular Kivan Dene, Thick as Thieves was written by Mark Whiteley and originally performed to order” in the living rooms of friends and successful eBay bidders.

Whiteley has worked closely with Booth and Dene, as well as director Keith Hukin, to revive the piece before embarking on a national tour.
