RESIDENTS are being invited to a candlelit concert featuring the works of Vivaldi and Elgar in Alvechurch.
The Midland Sinfonia is hosting an evening of well known works by Vivaldi, Elgar, Albinoni and Paganini, performed by the virtuosic violinist, David le Page.
He will be supported by professional players from sinfonia and its talented conductor Richard Laing.
A spokesman said: "Enjoy an interval glass of wine or punch and a mince pie and get in the mood for Christmas. You could even arrive early for a pre-concert drink and join in the celebrations."
The candlelit concert is on Saturday, December 12 starting at 7pm.
Tickets cost £13 on the door or £12 in advance from the Village Green Grocer.
