Box clever and get fit in new gym

FOR people who fancy getting as fit as Ricky Hatton or Joe Calzaghe a new gym could be right up their street.

Jab Fitness, off Shrub Hill Road, Worcester, is opening its doors to men and women of all ages.

The idea behind the gym, due to open six days a week from today, is to bring all the benefits of boxers' rigorous training into the mainstream.

Luther Keningale, co-owner, said: "It is the same way a boxer trains to get themselves fit. It is a step up from Boxercise."

Visitors can get to the premises by turning into the Vertical Limit Climbing Centre, off Shrub Hill Road, on the opposite side to the Great Western Hotel.
