After approximately 0.4miles, take the A435 exit towards Birmingham (signposted Weatheroak) and at the junction turn left onto Watery Lane (signposted Weatheroak). After 0.4 miles take the left onto Lilley Green Road and continue for approximately 1.6 miles where the road bears round to the left onto Icknield Street. The entrance to the land can be found on the left hand side after 0.4 miles and will be marked by a For Sale board.
