JORDAN Janet "Jan" Aged 79 Years Passed away peacefully at the Alexandra Hospital on Friday 2nd March 2018. Much loved Mum to Tim and Marie, Russ and Gin and loving Nana to Joe and Emma. Now reunited with Husband Roy, she was loved and missed by all who knew her. A service to celebrate Jan's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Monday 26th March 2018 at 11.00 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Primrose Hospice may be sent to Thomas Brothers, The Funeral Directors, Birchfield House, 494 Evesham Road, Redditch, Worcestershire B97 5JF 01527 547777 Thank you
